摘要: Purpose To analyze and compare refractive power changes with topographic after hyperopic LASIK using the ESIRIS laser platform. Methods Sixty-six consecutive eyes of 37 patients were evaluated retrospectively. Outcomes at 3 months. In all cases, standard examinations including pre- postoperative corneal wavefront analysis a Keratron topographer performed. Preoperative mean spherical equivalent was +/- 2.74 diopters (D) cylinder 0.67 D. The excimer system used to perform ablations. Topographic Maloney index, simulated keratometry (sim-K), K-reading 5 7 mm evaluated. Results Ninety-two percent within 0.50 D manifest refraction months postoperatively. Changes in refraction, indices, sim-K indices surgery strongly correlated intended correction. Induction negative aberrations increased prolate asphericity achieved defocus No other Zernike mode significantly correlated. Topographically, an overcorrection central gradual peripheral undercorrection also observed. Conclusions Analyzing maps, change After LASIK, observed 3-mm zone, progressive undercorrections 5- 7-mm zones.
