摘要: Alzheimer’s Neurodegenerative Disease is understood neurological issue, which influenced cerebrum cells are causes the intellectual decrease and memory misfortune, sickness begins gentle deteriorates. There a serious necessity to identify disease at an earlier stage, therefore that appropriate treatment can initiate early. The foremost for diseases low blood flow brain activity. So, Alzheimer has been recognized by several existing methodologies but they fails recognize in stage. Thus, this work use Single Photon Emission Nuclear Tomographic Imaging(SPECT) find diseases. collected SPECT image noise removed applying Lucy-Richardson method affected region segmented using Prolong adaptive exclusive analytical Atlas (PAEA). After segmentation process Regional Atrophy Analysis (RAA) apply values of Gray Matters (GM) White (WM) regions image. Finally Artificial Neural Network classification process. experimental results shows promising outcomes term accuracy, sensitivity, specificity.
