摘要: The nature of the project as a temporary organization is analysed from perspective organizational theory. This leads to reassessment definition project. It suggested that classical definitions projects are not wrong, just incomplete. viewed here production function, an agency for assigning resources management change within functional organization, and managing uncertainty. role manager also considered. chief executive thus their roles in objective setting motivating team members emphasized over planning executing work.
