摘要: Abstract Several novel phenomena of phase-separated Langmuir-Blodgett films are revealed by atomic force microscopy: (a) the existence grains with a diameter 20–100 nm in liquid expanded phase; (b) rough boundary for condensed domains; (c) an inhomogenous distribution hole-like defects domains. The results relevant to understanding early stages domain formation and defect Langmuir monolayers.
