摘要: The superhydrophobic filtration fabric (SFF), with a water contact angle (WCA) higher than 150°, was prepared by facile dip-coating method through decorating the surface poly(dimethyl siloxanes) (PDMS)/silica (SiO2) composite coating. To improve roughness of surface, toluene and ethanol used as co-solvent to induce microphase separation. When mass ratio 0.6, SFF showed high WCA 152° some porous honeycomb structures distributed on surface. Moreover, as-prepared both superhydrophobicity superoleophilicity, could effectively separate mixture oil. Based study, separation mechanism also proposed.
