摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the process involving olefin oxidation with palladium (II) catalyst in aqueous solution. The first step any mechanism for using water solutions must be formation of an olefin-palladium complex by replacement one ligands ion olefin. main objection is that shows a breaking hydrogencarbon bond rate-determining which cannot reconciled low deuterium isotope effect obtained C2D4. rate proportional to copper (I) and oxygen concentration. reciprocal linear function hydrogen kinetics reaction should show same responses changes composition conditions as would predict from each particular systems studied. these fulfilled; acetaldehyde far predominant ethylene product under various conditions.
