摘要: Evidence-based interventions have been developed and used to prevent HIV infections among black men who sex with (MSM) in Canada the United States; however, degree which address racism other interlocking oppressions that influence vulnerability is not well known. We utilize integrative antiracism guide a review of prevention intervention studies MSM determine how religious oppression are addressed current evidence base. searched CINAHL, PsychInfo, MEDLINE CDC compendium evidence-based identified seventeen interventions. Three targeted MSM, yet only one racism, oppression, cultural assets assets. Most interventions' samples included low numbers MSM. More research needed on Future should focus explicating mechanisms by multiple impact vulnerability. recommend development integration social justice tools for nursing practice aid addressing impacts
