摘要: Skin act as a major target well principle barrier for transdermal drug delivery. Vesicular system is one of the most promising approaches delivery active substances. Liposomes are commonly used vesicular system. But it has certain limitations such lesser stability, reduced encapsulation efficiency, etc led to formulation ethosomes. In present work we encapsulated various concentration ketoconazole (an antifungal drug) within ethosome and liposome made comparative evaluation their morphology, size, potential, stability anti-fungal efficacy. Ethosomes showed better efficiency activity compared due its ethanolic content. So ethosomal may prove very option potential new opportunities topical application in fungal infections.
