摘要: Theoretical models were used to predict dielectric permittivities of the thermosetting polyimide (PI) matrix nanocomposite films loading with BaTiO3 (BT) nanoparticles prepared by alkoxide route. The observed are in good agreement calculated values using Jayasundere equation and effective medium theory when interactions nanoparticle-nanoparticle nanoparticle-polymer considered. Additionally, temperature dependence permittivity BT/PI at 103 Hz was also studied for both heating from −50 150 °C cooling 150 −50 °C. transformation crystal phase BT changes free volume PI considered be main factors influencing films.
