Determination of antisera titres using the single radial immunodiffusion method

摘要: Abstract An exact determination of the antibody potency precipitating antisera is possible by method single radial immunodiffusion. The titre T defined as amount antigen QAg (in mg or m-mole) which reacts with a known volume antiserum VAS ml) equally distributed in agar gel: = QAg/VAS [mg/ml m-mole/ml].
