摘要: My work has shown that the neural dependence of limb regenerate (blastema) for growth, is retained in vitro and it follows normal vivo pattern. Implanted dorsal root ganglia promote localized growth cultured blastemata whereas absence nerves little or no development ensues. Our transfilter studies show neurotrophic effect, which appears to be mediated by a factor capable transmission through thin filters low porosity, manifested proximo-distal gradient mitotic activity diminishes with distance from nerve source. This mitogenic effect require at least 48 hr expression, corresponds one revolution cell cycle. In nerves, both DNA synthesis index blastema decline significantly; however, basal level maintained may independent. this context light pertinent recent literature, we present model apical epidermis insulin (tripartite control) all play essential roles
