摘要: A one-step photoemission calculation scheme for valence electrons is presented which uses (to construct the initial- and final-state wavefunctions) multi-slice technique, has been developed low-energy electron diffraction (LEED). Included in possibility of having an over-layer or arbitrarily shaped surface barrier, realizing both hole life-times by means imaginary part to energy. The intensity due states can also be calculated separately same procedure. advantage that because crystal potential divided into thin slices, problems associated with frequency used muffin-tin do not arise.
