摘要: Apolipoprotein B (apoB) containing lipoproteins are major in blood and the elevated concentration plasma may lead to increased transport of into adipose tissues resulting excessive fat deposition. Aims present study were prepare monoclonal antibodies against chicken apoB development enzyme linked mmunosolvent assay (ELISA) methods with antibody which would be provided for studies on lipoprotein metabolism chickens. A antibody, CAB4, was prepared using a purified specific reactivity verified by Western blot analysis immuno-precipitation primary hepatocyte cultures ELISA method anti-chicken developed this applicable measure cell within range 0 500ng/ml intra- inter-assay variation less than 10.6%. Using method, concentrations broiler chickens starved 8h shown 0.44mg/ml 1.02mg/ml fed counterparts. The could potentially used focusing optimization lipid
