摘要: The germinative behavior of nine plant species the Iberian Peninsula, four them catalogued as vulnerable or endangered by International Union for Conservation Nature, was studied under controlled laboratory conditions. Most germinated better at relatively low temperatures (15 °C and 20 °C) and, in general, high germination rates were also obtained alternating (25/15 °C). Coronopus navasii over 60% 25 °C, highest temperature used this study. Lavatera oblongifolia did not surpass 20% any conditions assayed. Seed coat scarification increased Helianthemum squamatum, while seed pretreatments with hot water sulfuric acid effective H. polygonoides. Less favorable results oblongifolia, whereas completely ineffective Onobrychis peduncularis ssp. matritensis.
