摘要: To compare traditional dialysis- and novel solvatofluorochromism (SFC)-based methods for accurate determination of drug release profiles nanoparticle carriers. Polymer nanoassemblies (PNAs) varying in patterns were prepared using poly(ethylene glycol), poly(ethylenimine), hydrophobic excipients (palmitate deoxycholate), model anticancer drugs with clinical relevance (carfilzomib docetaxel). Nile blue (NB) was used as a SFC dye quenching fluorescence water yet emitting strong the presence within PNAs. Drug kinetics measured by SFC-based methods, analyzed mathematical modeling free drug, spiked encapsulated release. The dialysis method overestimated remaining PNAs because it included released measurements, whereas successfully distinguished entrapped from solution thus provided more patterns. However, revealed that would be less influenced than modulating diffusion In comparison to dialysis-based method, allow real-time spectroscopic potentially other carriers improved convenience accuracy.
