摘要: Abstract Background The aim of the study was to assess degree liver damage in a rabbit perfused with histidine-tryptophan-ketoglutarate (HTK [Custodiol]) solution and without presence prolactin (PRL) based on biochemical studies perfundate ultrastructural analysis hepatocytes. Materials Methods experiment carried out rabbits. Liver ischemia used study, Pringle's maneuver. About 70% lobes were HTK or addition PRL (2.5μg/g liver/h) under ischemic conditions for 2 hours. In perfundate, activity enzymes alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), concentration determined. biopsies collected histopathologic evaluation an electron microscope. Results significantly reduced leakage from compared control group PRL. ALT, AST, LDH, GGT perfundates obtained after 2-hour perfusion HTK-PRL lower when same parameters determined area curve (AUC0-2h) calculated GGT, lactates higher than group, bile secreted throughout whole experiment. morphological confirmation these results by means transmission microscopy. Conclusion added preservation inhibits process cell cytolysis, which may suggest its hepatoprotective effect.
