摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that waveform of signal is disordered and quality deteriorated during transmission when at several hundreds MHz transmitted between a mother board memory module through bus wire in semiconductor device. SOLUTION: The positional relationship wiring layer conductive such as power supply or ground which opposed to among multilayer layers substantially kept not only but also relation standardized. In consequence, disorder feedback current high-frequency applied reduced, deterioration due prevented radiation unwanted electromagnetic wave prevented.
