摘要: The widespread deployment of IT in the past decades has significantly increased integration reach, breadth, and scope organisations. Many associated socio-economic phenomena have been studied by IS researchers, for example, context adoption, business value IT, success. Surprisingly though, concept itself so far attracted only little interest on part researchers. According to our knowledge, no established theoretical framework seems place integration-related constructs at centre scientific inquiry. objective present study is take a first step fill this gap reviewing literature order structure existing body knowledge derive an agenda further research area. Our review reveals that, spite its importance academia practice, still under-researched topic, with noticeable lack theorization synthesis different strands into more holistic model. As we argue, to-be-developed ‘Theory Integration’ would be highly valuable increase understanding surrounding technological organisational level within firm.
