摘要: The authors report a study of the behavior Permalloy thin films at high microwave signals. cases where are polarized either parallel or perpendicular to film plane successively investigated X and V bands. With polarization, absorption via first‐order process can be present band as subsidiary premature decline main resonance, depending on thickness. At band, only was expected; it effectively observed in some with large critical field (≃45 Oe). new experimental observations (such an important resonance shifting, variation linewidth low level, saturation uniform mode second order process, foldover effect leading relaxation oscillations) bands were made explained. Finally, strong interaction between electromagnetic waves having thus been shown, possible applications such...
