摘要: Abstract We report on the fabrication and characterization of ambipolar organic phototransistors based amorphous thin films donor/acceptor dyad N -[7-( , -diphenylamino)-9,9′-spirobifluoren-2-yl]- ′-(2,5-di- tert -butylphenyl)-3,4:9,10-perylenetetracarboxylicdiimide. The mechanism light enhanced photocurrent is photoinduced charge transfer between donor acceptor unit. photoresponsivity up to 0.2 A/W can be obtained. drain current significantly increased by a factor nearly 100 as used an additional control parameter, making device interesting for sensor applications.
