摘要: It is shown that in both ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic systems with weak magnetostrictive coupling the coefficient of thermal expansion gives a useful measure magnetic specific heat. The strong situation also analyzed by means simplified but soluble model, it possible to introduce an effective temperature T* susceptibility. exact pressure dependence thermodynamic functions can be found, Curie given explicitly. In coupling, novel firstorder phase transformation occur which manifested discontinuity as function T. An equal area rule for determining transition derived, reminiscent laws condensation nonideal gases. its simple version theory not directly applicable onedimensional chain, separately Appendix.
