摘要: The creep resistance and elevated temperature deformation mechanisms in CoAl, FeAl, NiAl are reviewed. stress dependencies of the steady state rate, primary behavior, dislocation substructure, response during transient tests used as main indicators processes. In single phase intermetallics, influence grain size, stoichiometry, solid solution hardening have been examined. addition, effect adding dispersoids, precipitates, other types reinforcements to improve strength compared.
