摘要: The JNK (c-Jun N-terminal kinase) pathway is activated by diverse stresses and can have an effect on a number of different cellular processes. Protein–protein interactions are critical for efficient signalling from to multiple targets; through screen interacting proteins, we identified novel JNK-interacting protein, Sab (SH3BP5). has previously been found interact with the Src homology 3 domain Bruton9s tyrosine kinase; however, interaction occurs mitogen-activated protein KIM (kinase motif) in region distinct kinase-binding domain. As c-Jun, presence this essential act as substrate. Interestingly, associated mitochondria co-localizes portion active after stress treatment. present study reported work may suggest possible role targeting subcellular compartment and/or mediating crosstalk between signal-transduction pathways.
