摘要: This paper describes the effects of pH larval resource on pupation height two cosmopolitan species Drosophila: D. melanogaster and hydei. The levels “artificial media” were modified using solutions acids (hydrochloric, acetic, citric) a positive relationship was found between pH; i. e., more acidic resource, closer larvae pupated to surface. clearest trends final apparently responding they encountered just before commenced. When natural resources difference in types fruits used but there no obvious trend linking with pH. suggests that some other environmental factor(s) (were) overriding pH, consequently may play only minor role determining behavior nature.
