摘要: Heart failure associated with coronary artery disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality. Recent developments in the understanding molecular mechanisms heart have led to identification novel therapeutic targets which, combined availability efficient gene delivery vectors, offer opportunity for design therapies protection myocardium. Viral-based been developed treat polygenic complex diseases such as myocardial ischaemia, hypertension, atherosclerosis restenosis. Some these experimental are now undergoing clinical evaluation patients cardiovascular diseases. In this review we will focus on latest advances field therapy treatment their application.
