摘要: It is very difficult to know the impact of MDGs on poverty reduction. On one hand, measurements are ambiguous, arbitrary and contested, even in best cases such as China India. other mechanisms by which might have effected reduction not at all clear, particularly light major global structural processes that condition aid flows development more generally. Moreover, emphasis absolute measures implicit bias towards targeting quite possibly undermine many contexts. Hence, this article argues should be replaced a re‐politicisation mainstream agenda, together with genuine revival universalistic modes social policy viable means dealing simultaneously inequality.
