摘要: Self-assembly structured Sm2O3 nanomaterials were prepared by a simple and cost effective hydrothermal method subsequent annealing at 800 °C in air. The size, shape phase composition of the structures synthesized changing processing time characterized SEM-EDX, XRD, micro-Raman photoluminescence (PL) analysis. Differences particle aggregation coalescence reported upon varying timing process (from 24 to 36 h). Sensors performances nanostructures have been investigated for monitoring two important volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as ethanol acetone.
