摘要: Abstract Novel anhydrous proton exchange membrane is (PEM) facilely prepared by embedding dopamine-modified silica nanoparticles (DSiOis 2 ) into sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) polymer matrix. DSiO bearing NH / groups are synthesized inspired the bioadhesion principle, which uniformly dispersed within SPEEK due to good interfacial compatibility. The electrostatic attractions render unique rearrangement of nanophase-separated structure and chain packing resultant hybrid membranes. As a result, thermal mechanical stabilities as well structural stability membranes enhanced when compared control membrane. On other hand, induced attractions, acid–base pairs formed at SPEEK/DSiOarewere interface, where fast transfer via Grotthuss mechanism expected. These features confer much higher conductivities on -filled under both hydrated conditions, those SiO Particularly, with 15 wt% achieve highest 4.52achieveachieved × 10 −3  S cm −1 120 °C condition, than commercial Nafion (0.1iswas × 10 ). 9 wt% show an open cell potential 0.98showshowed V optimum power density 111.7 mW cm −2 , indicative its application in fuel condition.
