摘要: Abstract To remove chelated heavy metal ions more efficiently without the addition of flocculant, a new type poly-dithiocarbamate containing compounds, namely poly-ammonium dithiocarbamate (PADTC) and poly-sodium (PSDTC) with different degrees polymerization (DP) were synthesized. Under adsorption condition pH at 6, PADTC dosage 0.1 g, reaction time 20 min, initial ion concentration 100 mg/L, exhibited its maximal capacities for Cu2+, Ni2+ Zn2+ being 245.53, 234.47, 226.76 mg/g, respectively. Besides, combinative strength chelating agents is in increasing order tartaric acid (TA), citric (CA), ethylenediaminetetraacetic (EDTA). Noticeably, removal efficiency PSDTC EDTA-Ni EDTA-Zn reached 99.93% 99.13% DP 33, Moreover, process are typical Langmuir mono-molecular layer their kinetic model follows Pseudo-second-order, as both coefficients determination (R2) 0.99, while thermodynamic parameters indicated that endothermic nature happened spontaneously. Finally, by C = S was characterized using FTIR Spectrometer X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Therefore, from processing/electroplating wastewater or might be industrial potential.
