摘要: The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is conducting a research program to investigate the crash compatibility of passenger cars, light trucks and vans (LTV’s) in vehicle-to-vehicle collisions. NHTSA has conducted series eight full-scale tests evaluate vehicle issues. Tests were using four bullet vehicles representing different classes striking mid-size sedan both side oblique frontal configurations. test results show good correlation between aggressivity metrics injury parameters measured struck car for offset tests, but not impact tests.
