摘要: Abstract An experimental investigation is performed to characterize the convective heat transfer from a flat surface row of impinging, circular, submerged air jets formed by square-edged orifices having length/diameter ratio unity. Distributions recovery factor, effectiveness, and local coefficient are determined. Spanwise-average surface-average coefficients calculated coefficients. The independent temperature difference between jet ambient, if it defined with (heated) wall adiabatic temperature. effectiveness not only ambient but also Reynolds number in range studied. have largest values on impingement line decrease increasing distance away it.
