摘要: Although heterogeneous networks are ubiquitous, a precise definition is lacking, in our opinion. We submit of network heterogeneity and elaborate on resulting approach to its measurement. This measure denoted as HE. As an illustration HE applied examples from the fields informetrics neurosciences. Yet, it pointed out that has universal applicability.
