摘要: Growth characteristics and wood quality represent important criteria in forestry. Dissection of these quantitative traits into single genetic components using molecular markers linkage maps, provide useful information for breeders about the determinism polygenic traits. In order to apply marker assisted breeding early selection procedures, QTL analyses growth physical chemical properties were performed a Pinus pinaster progeny. A highdensity map P. was used this purpose. No significant correlations found between total 10 QTLs detected height diameter 40 seven parameters including α-cellulose content, lignin pulp yield, brightness densities. spread across genome. The percentages phenotypic variances explained by individual ranged from 4.3% 18.4% sum trait-specific 20 53% variance. usefulness is discussed.
