The Role of Communication in the Professional Socialization Process.

摘要: To explore the professional socialization of technical writers and communicators, 98 communicators were administered a questionnaire identifying key concepts in field. On seven occasions, professionals, teachers, graduate students asked to estimate how greatly these concepts, together with four additional terms including "me" (self concept), differed from each other. Metric multidimensional scaling revealed that students' attitudes changed following ways during their programs: (1) variance among student decreased as function common educational experience, (2) identification future profession acceptance diverse describing increased, (3) similarity teacher developed.
