摘要: Human growth hormone (hGH) is of proven value in promoting the hyposomatotropic subjects, but its effects children with short stature due to other causes variable. The present communication reviews reported hGH on linear normal and those “bioinactive” GH patients intrauterine retardation (IUGR), Russell-Silver syndrome, glucocorticoid associated stature, various osteochondrodystrophies, chromosomal anomalies (other than Turner syndrome) isolated metabolic disorders. In reported, stimulated secretion immunoreactive was when studied.
