摘要: Aim of the work. work was to execute a review international literature about cementation zirconia restorations, analyzing properties cements most commonly used in clinical activities. Materials and methods. It performed, through PubMed, bibliographic search on last 10 years using following limits: studies English, vitro studies, randomized trial, reviews, meta-analysis, guide-lines. Were excluded from search: descriptive case reports, discussion articles, opinion’s leader. Results. From results that common surface treatments (silanization, acid etching) are ineffective because it has an inert without glassy component (on which this act primarily), instead sandblasting at 1atm with aluminium oxide ( Al2O3) significantly effective for resulting roughening increase energy wettability material. Furthermore been shown zinc phosphate-based cements, Bis-GMA-based glass-ionomer can’t guarantee stable long-term adhesion, resin containing phosphate monomer 10-methacryloyloxyidecyl-dihyidrogenphosphate (MDP) have higher adhesion stability values than other cements. In particular, seen bond strength copings dentin, MDP-based cement, is 6,9MPa; value comparable obtained gold cementation. Conclusions. Analyzed led conclusions: best treatment improve between zirconia; ester monomers 10-methacryloyloxyidecyl-dihyidrogenphosphate after ageing treatment; procedure cementing restorations combination (Al2O3) 50µm
