摘要: The influence of excited levels on the non-linear-transport properties a quantum dot weakly coupled to ideal leads is studied using master-equation approach. A quantum-mechanical model for interacting electrons used determine spectrum dot. current-voltage characteristic shows Coulomb blockade and additional fine structure that related states correlated electrons. Asymmetric coupling causes asymmetric conductance peaks. It demonstrated spin selection rules can lead regions negative differential conductance.
