摘要: To determine the prevalence of domestic physical violence against women and its associated factors in Sanandaj city, Islamic Republic Iran, a random sample 1000 married completed questionnaire. Of respondents, 15% had been assaulted by their husbands at least once previous year 38% some time during marriage. Economic problems were most frequent cause quarrels. There was significant association between husbands' educational level wives. Physical housewives significantly more than employed women. Husband's job also with violence.
