摘要: Perennial cropping systems may achieve significant improvement over annual in the synchrony between crop nutrient demands and supplies. Improvements would result reduction of losses their associated environmental impacts. A perennial system with high levels also require fewer inputs, such that it be possible to develop an agriculture functions mostly, if not entirely, on inputs from endogenous sources (i.e., weathering primary secondary minerals biological nitrogen fixation). In this paper I describe three realms research will inform development relatively high-yielding grain production grown supplies: (1) through crops; (2) identification soils are a release phase pedogenesis, which could balance export rock-derived nutrients harvests; (3) optimization legume density, harvest index percent derived atmosphere (%Ndfa) adequate fixation.
