摘要: A memory management method for a non-volatile and controller using the same are provided. The is substantially divided into plurality of blocks. First, non-erasing information units comprising at least one block recoded used as reference to establish an evaluation value. Then, whether move data on another unit according value determined. Accordingly, problems read disturb retention due excessive reading times can be resolved.
