摘要: Abstract Compositions and vapor pressures of phosphorus indium species have been determined for the equilibrium between liquid solid in In-rich region system In+P. A thermodynamic analysis indicates that curves temperature partial pressure against composition obtained by several different techniques this work are compatible with each other workers. The behaves as a nearly ideal mixture. third-law treatment results gave enthalpies reactions. Enthalpies found 2P 2 = P 4 reaction vaporization In were to agree quite well previous literature.
