摘要: As the practice of Community Based Adaptation (CBA) to climate change in countries like Nepal is growing, literature has pointed out need for more research order test effectiveness CBA reaching most vulnerable households and its wider applicability. This paper reviews a Plan (CAP) piloted implemented Nepal. The study involved interviews interaction with wide range relevant stakeholders, map their perceptions on CAP. findings show that CAP process implementation provided recognition role local communities adaptation, ensured participation leadership planning process.
