Microstructure and tribological properties of self-lubricating antiwear composite coating on Ti6Al4V alloy

摘要: Self-lubricating antiwear composite coatings were fabricated on Ti6Al4V alloy by laser cladding. The dry sliding wear tests under various temperatures (ambient temperature, 350°C and 700°C) normal loads (3, 6, 9 12 N) accomplished, the corresponding mechanisms investigated. Results show that coating presented lower friction coefficient at ambient temperature 700°C, rate increased monotonously from to 700°C. reasons are hard phases of TiC TiWC2 carbides enhance capabilities 350°C. CrS Ti2CS sulphides have reducing effect decreased with increasing load. It is ascribed effects moderate implied tribological property showed best
