Human Factor studies design order assure users’ comfort, productiveness. So, it could be applied enhance consumers’ safeguard healthcare. The aim this study is analyze fields application evaluate current methods utilization industry. A two-step literature review applied, using bibliometric content analysis. From analysis, 6 clusters themes predominance medical terms arose. absence related domain surprising. analysis on lead papers’ sample Food Industry carried out identify evidence about human factor design. 2 groups works’ results, focused possibility consider in: i) pharmaceutical design, ii) respectively. primarily positioning not its understandability. practical implications include construction new concept contents communication channels.
