Aspect clinique de la spondylarthrite ankylosante en Corée

摘要: Resume Objectifs L’objectif de cette etude etait determiner le profil clinique la spondylarthrite ankylosante (SA) en Coree. Methodes Sept cent trente-deux hommes et 98 femmes atteints SA ont ete recrutes pour une transversale l’universite Hanyang sur (etude HYSA). Tous les participants rempli des questionnaires detailles leurs antecedents medicaux personnels. Deux rhumatologues examine simultanement patients analyse dossiers medicaux. Resultats La moyenne d’âge d’apparition maladie (DS) 20,9 (8,1) ans. Trois quatre-vingt-onze (47,1 %) avaient d’arthrites peripheriques. Six quatre (73,9 %) d’atteinte hanche. trente-six (28,7 %) forme a debut juvenile (SAJ). frequence l’uveite differente entre sexes (28,2 % vs 40,8 % femmes, p  = 0,03, OR 1,63, 95 % CI ; 1,05–2,53). Les arthrites peripheriques ( Conclusions caracteristiques cliniques nos sont tres similaires celles observees dans d’autres etudes, avec quelques differences notables : (1) coreens prevalence plus importante hanche, (2) femmes d’uveites (3) SAJ est frequente notre groupe.
