Effects of Sublethal Concentrations of Cyantraniliprole on the Development, Fecundity and Nutritional Physiology of the Black Cutworm Agrotis ipsilon (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)

摘要: To better understand the sublethal effects of cyantraniliprole on black cutworm Agrotis ipsilon (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), several studies were carried out to investigate development stages, population parameters, feeding indices and nutrient content A. ipsilon. The result a bioassay showed that had high toxicity against fourth-instar larvae with an LC50 0.354 μg.g−1 using artificial diet. Compared controls, doses at LC5, LC20 LC40 levels prolonged larval pupal duration extended mean generation time total preovipositional period. In addition, survival rate, reproductive value, intrinsic finite rates increase net reproduction rate declined significantly. Meanwhile, markedly antifeedant effects; decreased relative growth (RGR), consumption (RCR), efficiency conversion ingested food (ECI), digested (ECD); increased approximate digestibility (AD) This phenomenon contributed decrease contents, including lipids, protein carbohydrates, point insufficient energy was available for normal growth. Therefore, concentrations speed reduced provides information useful in integrated pest management (IPM) programs
