摘要: Background The purpose of the present study was to retrospectively evaluate endoscopic double stenting by retrograde cholangiopancreatography-guided biliary drainage (ERCP-BD) and ultrasonography-guided (EUS-BD) for treatment non-resectable malignant duodenal obstruction. Patients Methods Medical records 11 patients that underwent from January 2008 September 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Technical success rate 100%, clinical early complication 0% late 27.3% (cholangitis: two, perforation: one). Mean survival time 76.5 ± 67.8 days, mean patent period stent 73.5 ± 69.7 62.6 ± 60.4 days. Three (27.3%) discharged (mean duration hospitalization, 21.3 days). All could take food orally, meanGastric Outlet Obstruction Scoring System score after 2.2 ± 0.9 points. ERCP-BD EUS-BD done in three eight patients, respectively. There no statistically significant difference between terms rate. Conclusion Our revealed appears be feasible useful obstruction. In selection criteria further prospective studies are mandatory.
