摘要: Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CMCD) has been used to enhance Fenton (Fe2+ + H2O2 → Fe3+ HO• OH-) degradation of hydrophobic organic pollutants in aqueous systems. It proposed that the enhancement was due formation a pollutant/CMCD/Fe2+ ternary complex which enabled catalyst, Fe2+, be closer target pollutant molecule so as favor reaction. To investigate this theory, solutions containing CMCD, and anthracene or 2-naphthol were studied using fluorescence NMR techniques. The quenching results showed solution (pH > 3) quenched more efficiently by Fe2+ presence CMCD. When less efficient quenchers Cd2+ Ca2+ added anthracene/CMCD/Fe2+ solution, restored displacing from its binding site near pollutant. spectra evidence 2-naphthol/CMCD binary complex. Peak broadening whe...
