摘要: Controlling of ligand mediated G-quadruplex DNA (GQ-DNA) formation and stabilization is an important challenging aspect due to its active involvement in many biologically processes such as replication, transcription, etc. Here, we have demonstrated that topotecan (TPT), a potential anticancer drug, can instigate the GQ-DNA (H24 → GQ-DNA) absence Na+/K+ ions via circular dichroism, fluorescence, NMR, UV melting molecular dynamics (MD) simulation studies. The primary binding mode TPT GQ was found be stacking at terminal rather than groove. We also reverted this conformational transition (GQ-DNA H24) using container, cucurbit[7]uril (CB7), by means translocation drug (TPT) from nanocavity. Importantly, carried out detection these transitions fluorescence color switch which more direct simple some other methods involve sophisticated complex techniques.
