摘要: Embryonic stem cell research and cloning are issues of great public political conflict in many countries. The author this study analyses whether ethical debates on these Great Britain Germany provided the grounds for societal control governance development science. She concludes that ‘ethical debates’ did not counter a commitment to scientific ‘progress’.
